Yes, all the phones we sell are fully unlocked and can be used with any network in the UK. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Universal Compatibility: Our phones are compatible with all major UK carriers, including EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, and more.

  • Freedom of Choice: You can switch carriers anytime without worrying about compatibility issues.

  • International Use: Traveling abroad? Our unlocked phones can be used with international SIM cards for seamless connectivity worldwide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you order before 3PM Mon-Fri, it will be dispatched the same-day.

All of our post is dispatched between 4-5PM, so expect an email around this time.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your delivery.

Our Haverhill location isn’t a typical shop—it’s our main hub for tech drop-offs, order collections, and expert tech help and advice. There’s always a dedicated team member here to assist with any tech issues, so feel free to pop in and say hello!

If you’d like to view specific devices, just let us know, and we’ll have them brought to our Haverhill centre within 30 minutes, ready for you to check out.

We offer same-day delivery to Haverhill and surrounding villages (within a 10-mile radius) if you order before 3PM. This is a Monday to Friday service.

Yes, we usually have someone at our Haverhill office on most Saturdays.

However, we recommend making an appointment to guarantee you can be seen. We also do not keep stock on site, so we will need to make sure we get it brought down to our Haverhill site.

Just give us an idea of what you'd like to look at, and we'll get it dropped down to us in less than an hour.

As standard, we use Royal Mail for our deliveries. However we may use other services from time to time if needed.
