How do I get my phone fixed?

You can pop your device into our Haverhill location anytime during opening hours.

If you’re not local, we also offer a postal repair service—simply send your device to us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is it same-day repair?

For straightforward phone repairs, such as screen or battery replacements, we offer same-day service if the device is received before 11 AM and the required part is in stock.

More complex repairs may take between 1-3 working days.

Walk-Ins or Appointment Available

You’re welcome to walk in at any time, or if you’d prefer, call ahead to check availability and reduce waiting time.

Only OEM or Premium Parts

We always aim to use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever available and when pricing is reasonable.

However, some OEM parts can cost more than the device’s value, so in those cases, we use premium-grade aftermarket parts—but only if they meet our strict quality and reliability standards.
