Collection from Haverhill

You can collect your order or any device from our Haverhill office.

To ensure your item is ready for pick-up:

Place an order for pick-up in advance, and we’ll have it ready for you.

Alternatively, schedule an appointment to pop in, and let us know which devices you’d like to view. We’ll arrange for them to be available within 30 minutes of your request.

However, please note that we do not keep devices on-site.

Orders placed by 4 PM can be collected the same day, provided the item is in stock.

If you do not like the item that you have ordered upon collection, we can easily cancel and refund the order, so no need to worry.

Drop-Off in Haverhill

If you’re selling a device, you can drop it off at our Haverhill office during our opening hours. Simply pop in when it’s convenient for you!

Delivery & Dispatch

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly, so we ensure every delivery is handled with care and efficiency.

Here’s what to expect from our delivery and dispatch process:


Dispatch Times

• Orders placed before 3 PM are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

For example, if you place an order after 3 PM on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.


Delivery Times

Orders over £75 are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Service), ensuring they arrive on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday are usually delivered on the Saturday, but not guaranteed.

• Standard delivery times depend on your chosen shipping option at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange an Item

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.

  • Return Period: You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, click here to access your account and start a return, or contact our customer service team at support@calatech.co.uk with your name and order number.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the product you would like to receive in exchange. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.

Note: Please keep your proof of purchase and any shipping receipts.
