Collection & Drop-Off

Convenient Collection and Drop-Off Options

  • Collection: You can choose to collect your order from our Haverhill office. Orders placed by 4 PM can be collected the same day.
  • Drop-Off Centre: If you're dropping something off to sell, you can do so at any time during our opening hours.
  • Local Delivery: We also offer a local delivery service for Haverhill and surrounding areas (10 mile radius). Place your order by 3 PM for same-day delivery.

How to Arrange:

  • Collection: Select ‘Store Pick-Up’ at checkout and you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
  • Local Delivery: Select ‘Local Delivery’ at checkout, and we will contact you to confirm the delivery details.

Note: Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email when collecting your order.

Delivery & Dispatch

Fast and Reliable Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Here’s what you need to know about our delivery and dispatch process:

  • Dispatch Time: Orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be dispatched the next business day. This means if you order at 4 PM on a Friday, your order will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • Delivery Time: Orders over £75 are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day Service, will arrive the following working day)
  • Shipping Partners: We use Royal Mail as standard for UK deliveries.
  • Tracking/Dispatch Email: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. All orders are dispatched at the end of each working day, so you should receive a dispatch notification between 4:30-5 PM.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods and holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

How to Return or Exchange an Item

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we're here to help.

  • Return Period: You can return your item within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
  • Process: To initiate a return or exchange, click here to access your account and start a return, or contact our customer service team at support@calatech.co.uk with your name and order number.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the product you would like to receive in exchange. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive the returned item.

Note: Please keep your proof of purchase and any shipping receipts.
