The trade-in value depends on the model, age, condition, and functionality of your device.
Devices in good working order and with minimal wear typically receive higher offers.
Payments are typically processed via Bank Transfer.
The payment for your phone will be in your account the same-day we receive it.
If you're dropping it into us, we may need 20 to 40 minutes to complete our testing and grading process. (you're welcome to leave it with us, or you can also wait in the reception area).
If the device matches our pre-agreed quote, we will make payment which will be in your bank account by 6PM that same day.
If there are any discrepancies which require us to re-quote the device, we will send over a revised offer for you to accept or decline.
Yes, we offer a free postal service for you to send your phone in directly.
Just fill in our 'sell my tech' form, and once you've received our quote, you'll get the option for choosing the post-in service from there.
We can provide a pre-paid label for free, or we would recommend sending the phone via Royal Mail Special Delivery (£7-£8) to ensure it is fully tracked and insured.
We re-imburse this cost to you when we pay you for your device, so don't worry about that! Just keep ahold of the receipt.
